This might take some testing, but once you get it down, you will want to share the workflows with your staff and ensure that any policies established are adjusted to reflect this change. It’s also important that you notify your team that you will be training them on the solution and monitoring their usage, not to track how well they are doing with it, but to see where you can make improvements. Plus, it never hurts to ask your team for feedback; they are the ones utilizing it, after all.
The final stage is to see it all in action! You will likely need to make changes periodically to ensure that everything is working smoothly, but that’s to be expected with any new solution. At this point, you should know it well enough to use it for day-to-day operations.
